Ordering Process

Our Process

1. Submit Your Idea

Send us your artwork, logo, design concept, or even a rough sketch. Let us know:

  • Quantity needed

  • Apparel type (t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, jerseys, etc.)

  • Garment colour

  • Sizes required

  • Event or deadline date

Don't have artwork? We can help bring your idea to life.

2. Receive Your Quote

We'll review your project and provide a detailed quote based on:

  • Garment selection

  • Print locations

  • Number of colours in the design

  • Quantity ordered

  • Any special finishing requirements

3. Approve Your Design

Before production begins, you'll receive a digital mockup for approval. This gives you the opportunity to review:

  • Artwork placement

  • Colours

  • Spelling and details

  • Garment selection

Production begins once artwork is approved and payment is received.

4. We Print Your Order

Your apparel is printed in-house at Raven Prints in Terrace, BC. We take pride in producing quality custom apparel with attention to detail and durability.

5. Quality Check

Every order is inspected before it leaves our shop to ensure:

  • Print quality

  • Correct sizing

  • Order accuracy

  • Professional presentation

6. Pick Up or Delivery

Once your order is complete, we'll contact you to arrange:

  • Local pickup

  • Local delivery (when available)

  • Shipping throughout British Columbia and Canada
